What is the treatment of Warts? Kindly help me there are too many warts on my neck and face Some are black and some are normal skin Coloured.

My newborn is suffering from cough and congestion from past 15 days, we have shown him to two different doctors here who have prescribed CoFerb & nebulization (been doing this for 7 days now but he is better by 10-15% only) Just want to know if I can do something to reduce the cough and help him have some good sleep. Please if any pediatric doctor may guide here. Thank you! (He always throw up after having CoFerb just immediately after the feed)
